1. After each application, especially for thick and viscous slurry, it should be put in clear water for several minutes before storage.

2. Pump should open lumbar oil hole screw after 300-500 hours of operation and be supplemented with pure No. 10 oil. Mechanical seal should be used to maintain excellent smoothness. If a large amount of water is found in the oil chamber, the mechanical seal is invalid and should be replaced.

3. Pumps should be managed and operated by special personnel, and check regularly whether the insulation resistance between the winding and the casing of the pump is normal and the minimum must not be less than 0.5 megaoh. Otherwise, it is necessary to remove the stator and dry it, and the insulation resistance can be used only when it is increased.

4. When the pump is started, if it is found that the flow rate is insufficient or the head is not up to the prescribed value (except for pipeline resistance or blockage), it may turn to the opposite direction. At this time, the power supply should be disconnected, and two of the three phase lines of the cable should be exchanged willfully with each other, then the quantity should be newly connected and the start-up can be made.

5. After the electric pump is disassembled and repaired, it is necessary to check the sealing function by 0.2 MPa airtight test.

6. If the elbow and the electric pump are separated in the crate, please install the elbow on the electric pump. If the electric pump and the pipeline are connected, the elbow is not necessary.
